What Does the Program Look Like?

My virtual PT programs are customized to your needs, but here’s what most clients can expect:

✅ 1:1 Initial Evaluation (60 minutes)

We’ll meet over Zoom for a full evaluation. We’ll talk through your history, current concerns, goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle. I’ll assess your mobility, strength, posture, and habits through guided movement tests. From there, I’ll create a plan that makes sense for you.

✅ Personalized Movement Plan

This isn’t cookie-cutter rehab. Your plan is designed specifically for your body, goals, and schedule. It may include:

  • Gentle mobility work

  • Progressive strength training

  • Balance + coordination drills

  • Pain management strategies

  • Breath work or nervous system regulation

  • Education for long-term success

Your plan will evolve with you—and we’ll adjust it as needed.

✅ Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes)

Ongoing virtual sessions help you stay on track, modify your program, and ask questions. We’ll troubleshoot any pain or limitations and celebrate your wins along the way.

Clients typically meet weekly, depending on goals and needs.

✅ Messaging Support + Accountability

Between sessions, I’m available through secure messaging to answer quick questions, check on progress, and keep you encouraged. Healing and growth don’t happen in isolation—I’m with you each step of the way.
